What we sell
We install working AI systems into companies that already operate — phone agents, inbox and chat, booking, payments, content, bookkeeping, analytics. We do not sell software licences, strategy decks, or unpaid pilots. Something is running in week one. Public prices live at /pricing.
This website
The catalog, case notes, and numbers on this site describe work we actually run. They are not a bid. Quotes are fixed and given on a call or in writing before work starts. Minimum engagement is $5,000. Below that we decline and tell you what to buy instead.
The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate. We do not warrant that every page is complete or that every example will transfer unchanged to your operation.
Who you are contracting with

A paid engagement
- Scope and price are agreed in writing before we start.
- You own every account, credential, and system we build for you.
- Thirty days of post-launch tuning is included. Ongoing support is optional and billed for the hours you actually use. There is no lock-in and no hostage data.
- If a piece of work will not return more than it costs, we say so on the call. We have talked people out of projects.
NDA, insurance, and entity documents are available on request. Commercial terms for a specific build are the ones in that build’s agreement — not a surprise clause buried here.
Your side
You give us access to the tools the system has to live in, and you name a person who can answer questions the same week. We cannot install into a calendar we cannot see. You remain responsible for your own customers, your own regulated data, and for using the systems within the law.
Acceptable use of this site
Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to break this site. Do not use it to send us malware, spam, or anyone else’s personal data you have no right to share. Paid-traffic landings at /ai and /v2 are not a standing offer to index or republish the rest of the catalog.
Limitation
To the extent Florida law allows, Gonchar Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For paid work, liability is the amount set in the signed agreement for that work. Nothing here limits liability that Florida law does not let us limit.
Governing law
Florida law, United States. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts serving Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Material changes to how we work with paying clients go into that client’s next written scope, not into a silent website edit.
